🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at fajaluxe@outlook.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

⏳ Refund Timeline

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 30 days window

💡 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, recheck your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
